To make Uhome happen, people with a variety of perspectives and experiences will work closely together. There will be brainstorming, listening, heavy lifting, and maybe even a hot debate about geothermal heat. For this special community project, we’ve formed a community of specialists.

Arcturis has recently put ‘green’ at the forefront of their values. In the past 3 years, this interdisciplinary design firm has made investments in staff education, completed many LEED projects or varying certification levels, and created an internal Green Team for in-office policies.

University City is a forward-thinking community that has been the St. Louis area’s foremost supporter of sustainability for years. Their commitment has inspired other area communities. For this project, they are providing five city-owned lots the cost of just $1.
