A: Nope. The intent is to design your house with you in mind but also to make sure that your home fits with your neighbors’. No crazy spaceships, but we are hoping for a bit more modern.
Q: How is the price of the house determined?
A: By you! You identify your price point within the $120K to $200K range.
Q: Once I live in my new house, will I have to hire specialty contractors to service the equipment in the home?
A: Not at all. "Green" systems and products have become mainstream. You will receive a home owner’s manual to help guide this process, but in today’s market - most any contractor can service any of the equipment you will find in your new home.

A: Late in 2010. The design phase is scheduled to start in January 2010, Construction slated to start in June 2010, and move-in ready by November 2010.
